By purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. As our fabric is custom printed/cut, we do not accept returns.
 
2. While pride ourselves on excellent quality fabric bases, superb printing capabilities and do our best to quality control the fabrics we send out, there may occasionally be fabric faults. We aim to address any faulty issues brought to our attention as soon as possible. Please check your fabric when you receive it. In the unlikely instance that you find a fault, please notify us immediately by email. Do not cut the fabric before you have checked it. We cannot issue replacement or refunds for fabric that has already been used. If you receive faulty fabric, please inform us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Any claims for faulty fabric must be made within 4 weeks of the fabric being delivered.

3. If you made a mistake on your order and would like to change it, please email us straight away at info@inspofabrics.com and we'll do our best to modify your order, if possible. However please note that amendments aren't always possible if your order has already been processed.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the full and correct address. If their order is undeliverable due to supplying an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay additional postage for the redelivery of the parcel.

5. International customers may be required to pay customs, this is completely out of our control. Please check with your local customs for more information.

6. Colours may vary slightly from fabric to fabric due to ink levels. Please allow a tolerance of up to 20%.

7. Fabrics are supplied by the metre. Please allow a tolerance of up to 10% to allow for fabric shrinkage due to the elastane in the fabrics.
